Customer service 101 put the customer on the phone on hold and check out the the 3 customers at the counter especially when 2 of them have hot sandwiches. Prices have gone up. $5 is still good for fresh made scrapple, egg and cheese. Toast was soaky

Horrible service topped off with a dose of passive aggressive behavior

Yum! I always love a good Country Maid. The picture speaks a thousand words and look at that thick turkey sub. I used to be a Samson's Country Maid customer but they started making the sandwiches smaller yet charging the same amount. I spoke to the female owner about it and she was the most unprofessional rude bitchy owner I've ever spoken to in my entire life. So they immediately lost my business. Well, now this location has a new customer and I look forward to trying more of their items.

One of the staff members, whom I believe is named Vicky, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am shocked that they allow someone like her to work there. I have no intentions of returning again.

They don't honor the price in there flyer. And they wait on different people while wearing plastic gloves taking peoples money then slicing DELI meats and cheeses all WITHOUT taking off the plastic gloves.
