Jimmy John's - Wilmington

These JJ documents are quite frustrating, and the customer service leaves much to be desired! The late-night staff seems indifferent to the quality of the food being served. It's not at all like JJ's in downtown Wilmington! I'm glad to see you're open until 9 o'clock again!

I enjoyed the dish, but I’ve definitely had better experiences. The broth could have been richer and more flavorful. However, I would be willing to give it another try.

I had a terrible experience with the service. They informed me that they only had one delivery driver, and he was on a bike. There was no further explanation, just confusion about the bike situation. My friend and I waited an excessively long time for our order. There’s no way I would consider ordering from this Jimmy John’s again. Something seemed off, especially since their contact number directs you to Tangos Furniture instead!

Sub by 8:12 to 6/26, sub took 2 hours to deliver. a few times called to check on the progress, lady, the phone answered was very friendly and explained, the delivery driver drove a bike to supply all sandwiches and offered a free bag of chips or cookies and called the supplier to check on my eating. the gentleman who delivered my food was very friendly and both staff went beyond and beyond. sandwiches were still good when they came here to complain.

It seems like the in store service works fine (at least that's been my experience. Both times I've had Jimmy John's delivered, it's taken over an hour. I called and the guy answering the phone rolled out a couple excuses, but my food would be soggy and my drink warm and watery regardless. Cancelled the order and waiting on a refund. I'm sure it's not the guy who answered the phone's fault. He was nice. There are plenty of delivery options in Wilmington, and lots of other sub shops that are way better. Try Sub Stop if you haven't already. It's awesome. Also A Taste of Italy. Amazing subs as well as really great Italian food and best deli in town.
