K-38 Baja Grill - Wilmington

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and was extremely impressed. The price per person was between $20 and $30, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff members earning another 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend trying the Chipotle Chicken Enchilada and the Black Beans, as they were both delicious dishes.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to the attentive bartender Caitlin and the excellent service. The menu offers a wide selection of fresh food, including Mexican-style sushi and freshly made cocktails. For vegetarians, I highly recommend trying the veggie burrito - one of many delicious vegetarian options available. Overall, this is a great spot for a relaxing dinner.

Got here around 4:15 for an early dinner... no wait lots of seating. That wasn't the case when we left. Our server was wonderful...cheerful attentive, even while training a new employee. Nice, casual atmosphere. Chips salsa while you wait for your order. Very fresh tasting salsa. Our food came out hot pretty quickly. I had a citrus shrimp taco...the cilantro-lime vinaigrette (served on the side) really made it pop. I added some of the vinaigrette to the black beans...oo-la-la, took it up a notch. All the veggie ingredients tasted fresh. Hubs had the original K38 fish tacos...a favorite that he always comes back to! There is a small outside seating area. Highly recommend, but get there early!
