Little Caesars Pizza - Wilmington

This restaurant is conveniently located and easy to stop by. However, last time I visited, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. The space inside is small, possibly due to a lack of available staff.

Closed hours before the booked time. Not sure it's still an open location.

Last night, I arrived at the restaurant only to find a sign on the door stating that it was closed due to a shortage of staff. My suggestion would be for the management or owners to consider hiring more employees to avoid such situations in the future.

Bad service. An online order. 30 minutes. They were in the store and have not even started my order yet. The counter type sat on Soda boxes with his head on the counter. 30 minutes in the store. I just wanted to cancel my order and no one would even come to the counter so that I can cancel it. People went after me and put orders and got food before I did. I don't expect much from here, but to just take my money and not even serve me?

The pizza was hot and ready as advertised. But the young man sitting behind the cash register was rude, barely acknowledged we were there and mumbled unintelligible responses to a request for dipping sauces. If you're that miserable at the job. Quit. Management should do way better! We won't be back. He was THAT BAD!
