Food is always good, great service friendly waitstaff,go and have a great time and don't forget to enter their contest of 12 years in business.

I had an incredibly rude experience at the front desk. I ordered takeout, but when I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I tried to call the next day to speak with the manager, but was told to call back another day. Since I drive past the restaurant every night on my way home from a long day at work, I decided to stop in. To sum it up, I was accused of lying, told that they don't make mistakes because they've been in business for 30 years, and I was laughed at by a manager who was just as rude. They refused to refund my money and offered me something else instead. At that point, after such a poor interaction, I decided I would never go back and they could keep my money.

We pass this place all the time but haven 't been in for at least 20 years. We sat at the bar to get take out and a mai tai while we waited. Bartender was irritating and rude. We ordered calamari to eat there while waiting for our take out order. After trying to get the bartenders attention, to no avail, we asked the hostess to check on our order because he had been quite a while. She angrily snapped at us to go ask bartender...don 't ask me Mai tai was horrible too, much, much better at Golden Ginger up the street. Never, ever going back.

I just spent $11.18 on a lunch plate that came with lobster sauce, three shrimp, two tablespoons of lobster sauce, and two crab Rangoon. Are you serious? I will never return! This is definitely not worth the money. I would give it zero stars if I could, but I had to put one.

I can't speak to the quality of the food since the woman at the front desk was so rude that I ended up putting the menu down and leaving—something I've never done before. Whether she is the owner or the owner's mother, it was evident that she has no respect for her customers. As a result, she won’t have any customers from me.
