Pancho's Cantina - Wilmington

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, particularly the chicken quesadilla. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and even noticed that our takeout box had broken, offering us some tape to fix it. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable. I would give it a 5/5 and highly recommend it! Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner.

The power went out just 10 minutes after we placed our dinner order, and we were left in the dark for about 45 minutes without any updates on our food. Eventually, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting our meal, which was obviously frustrating at that point. To make matters worse, we were still charged for a single Sprite. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I found the way the manager—or whoever she was—handled the situation to be incredibly unprofessional and rude. I definitely won't be returning. Kid-friendliness: I a 11 year old thought that my pasta and rice was very good delicious even and they have healthy options for people my age. they also give kids a free ice cream and every kids meal is 8.45. Here every Wednesday for the weekly car meets and the food drinks are ALWAYS on point Staff are friendly even when it's very busy.
