Great customer service, I forgot to order my icy chai with milk milk and they replaced my drink. What I most appreciate is that they make me feel as if they were more than happy to repair my order and not as if I didn't worry at all! I wish every place knew the value of this kind of attitude!! A tough day last Friday. My dog was dropped and I was on my way to a meeting I hadn't been happy about. I had a bad day and owner gave me my order for free. Another time they were five minutes late with a catering order, so they gave me that for free. Just good people. Lunch is on site. Well done Panera and thank you!

Close nearby and Halley as a cashier had her super sweet and she grabbed me. Customer service was and managers and employees need an increase. Manager Jacque also helped. Back!

Delicious healthy foods and friendly staff. So relaxing to sit outside eating!
