Papa Johns - Wilmington

The pizza had a uneven crust, with one half thinner and smaller than the other. I never received extra cheese despite paying for it.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and made with very fresh ingredients.

They changed the recipe. It's closer to cardboard than pizza. RIP Papa Johns

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and they prepared it perfectly to my liking. The service was fast and efficient.

Was charged and then told my order could not be completed. The sales rep tried to transfer me to a store and was unsuccessful. After calling back and speaking to another employee for over 10 minutes, their attempt to help resulted in my call being dropped and problem still not resolved. When I select the “speak to a manager” option, an incredibly obnoxious sales pitch is played. Will not be ordering here in the future.
