If you don't mind waiting a long time for your food and receiving limited customer service skills, then this is the place for you. The staff may be understaffed, so some patience is required to understand the delays.
If you're looking for poor service, then this is the place for you. The cashier told me to place my order, but when I asked for a special item, she walked away without saying anything. I waited patiently, but she never came back. As I was leaving, she finally returned and sarcastically asked me the same question. I shook my head and left. Every time I visit the drive-thru, they never have the items I want. How can this be a Popeyes when they never have anything in stock? Anyone who gives this place a good review must be friends or family of the staff, because the service here is terrible.
The classic chicken sandwich ordered. of course it was delicious, lol. the cash was very nice. thank you.
These guys absolutely earned 5 stars. I ordered a box of spicy chicken and biscuits. They said they were about to close, and didn’t have spicy. Then I was asked to wait. The person came back and said the cook had agreed to do the order fresh for me, but I would need to wait 15 minutes. The biscuits were fresh from the oven and the chicken exactly right.This is what will have your customer thinking, “That’s a little out of my way but I’m going back there.”
