Contribuisci feedbackThe servers were extremely attentive and well-informed about the menu. They accommodated my son's special requests without any issues. The food was exquisite. The restaurant was spotless and had plexiglass partitions at the tables for added health protection.
Do not order online for pick up at this restaurant location. Despite placing orders ahead of time, myself and four others had to wait in line as our orders were made in front of us. Nobody informed us of the delay or acknowledged our presence. When I finally received my order, I noticed that it was missing the pickle and chips that were supposed to come with my half sandwich/salad, as stated on the online menu and my receipt. The staff member at the counter refused to provide it, claiming that only whole paninis came with those sides, even though my receipt indicated otherwise. I was treated dismissively and denied what I had paid for. I have contacted corporate to request a full refund as this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere, despite the good quality of the food.
I decided to give Salad Works a try today and had a wonderful lunch. The staff was friendly and the fresh food was delicious. The price was also just right. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
The restaurant appears to be short-staffed, which is understandable, but unfortunately, they did not prepare the salad I had ordered. I had requested the Smokey BBQ salad, but instead I received a salad with Buffalo chicken that was not even on the menu. This will be my first and last visit to Saladworks. Rating: 1 out of 5 for food.
