Contribuisci feedbackI tried last night to order 9:08 and they had closed the doors. there was a sign on the door that the hours were up to 9:30 Monday to Friday. I had a long day at work and tried to eat for my family, and they refused to open the doors and said by the closed door that they closed at nine. very rude and disappointing. will never return to this place again!
I and my man came to the shop today at 930, 21st august. the lady who was in the load had a terrible attitude when they told my man they were not yet open, although the sign on the door said they were open for an hour. not sure why this was not changed when the hours changed, and that is acceptable if they had simply not come to it, but the attitude and bitter ton was inevitable.
Someone can explain to me why subway would hire people who are so old and so bitter. they do not receive customer service training. this morning we went to order and the brot was too small. I asked for spinat and they gave me three sheets. the brot was maybe 4 inches max. when I asked the hired person if I had another piece of bread, the most secular old lady said that I should “ stretch the bread”; instead of changing the brot, it pulled out a rod that measured the brot as 4 inches, although she said it was “clear 6”. Subway, when renting older people, make sure they are not bitter and have a good job. If I could rate this place less than zero, I would.
This subway had consistently good quality. my only complaining is that the app would not allow me to check, order in advance. So I had to order when I arrived there and was not credited with the app for the purchase.
One of the workers was so funny and sweet, the other gave me fresh tomatoes and it made me blush. slay!
