I have the roasted cauliflower al pastor, which is vegan and my bf got the shrimp quadilla. the foods were tasteful and the portion size was perfect. there are many vegetarian options and can probably be made vegan by changing sauce or eating away. it is also a perfect stop for a bite after a bike ride on the jack a. striking trail.
I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the roasted cauliflower al pastor, which is vegan, and my boyfriend got the shrimp quesadilla. Both dishes were flavorful and the portion sizes were just right. There are plenty of vegetarian options and most dishes can be made vegan by simply changing the sauce or omitting the cheese. This spot is also perfect for grabbing a bite after biking on the Jack A. Markell Trail.
The staff was helpful in informing me that the rice is made with chicken stock and the beans are made with pork fat, so they are not vegan-friendly.

Just a heads up for vegans - the rice and beans at this restaurant are not vegan. The staff was helpful in letting me know that the rice is cooked with chicken stock and the beans contain pork grease.
