Both dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous enough for two meals each. We both agreed that it's the best tasting food we've had in the city.
Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the General Tso's chicken and crab rangoons, and both were perfect. The General Tso's was crispy and drenched in sauce—definitely the best I've had in a while. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I used to really enjoy ordering from this restaurant, but unfortunately, my last few experiences have been disappointing. I felt compelled to leave a review because the food quality has declined significantly. It's frustrating to say, but the flavor was almost nonexistent. To be honest, even frozen Chinese meals from Trader Joe's taste better than the dishes here. Additionally, the prices are a bit higher compared to other Chinese takeout places in the area. I would recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere.
That was my first meal with Uncle Lim. I had the $8.89 Everyday Special. You can choose from 20 dishes. My choice was chicken with Brown Sauce. It was also a sharp choice. It had a generous amount of vegetables, delicate white meat chicken and pork fried rice. The meal also came with a beautiful and crispy egg roll. To round it off, they have a menu. Buy 10 $8.89 meals, get a free one. Because it's close to my new job, I'll probably eat here weekly.
I don't know what's been going on with this place but the food seems to be of lesser quality than it used to be and much smaller portions. Ordered the fried pork dumplings through the whole order in the garbage they were so greasy and did not taste like pork at all. Used to go here quite but you won't see me going there again. Time to find a new place! $37.00 wasted my hard earned money!
