Uncle Louie's Pizza Lounge - Wilmington

There was a handful of time. I first ordered a pizza. They were forced to use a third-party delivery service and our order was grounded. But the wonderful staff at Uncle Louie's went beyond and beyond to find out the problem and made us fresh food after graduation to correct the problem. Very impressed by the service and all involved to ensure that we get our order!

I've eaten here three times in the last 3 months and had a good experience every time. The pizza is amazing! I'm really surprised by the bad reviews. Sometimes there is a little waiting, but seems that every restaurant now bc is not able to get help. The online ordering process for me (I did) was a breeze last night when I did. My favorite pizza for children! The prices are very fair with the quality of food and the service was always good when I was there. I will come back to these local favorites.

It wasn't full, but it took 20 minutes until our server came to the table. We ordered simple sandwiches with frits that took 30 minutes to get out of the kitchen. We had to find the waitress to get a drink refill. It should not have taken over an hour for a quick lunch. Better management could help.

We usually try to work it if our order is wrong, but there is ALWAYS something wrong with our orders or we wait longer than they said we would and still the order is wrong. The delivery drivers do not follow the delivery instructions that put customers on the app. When we order items like pommes, they always come across them with dipping sauce, because the top on the sauce always melts and opens. If I ask that my burger did it well and hard. When I say medium, it is carburized on the outside and seldom ventured close to the inside. There is hardly a good restaurant choice on this side of the city, so Louie is like the way to spot for me especially for NY-style pizza, but I am sorry through this every time I order.

This place is great eat the 5 or 6 times a months ...pro-tech services tinted the place in 2019 ...so I do business with them this place has great food ...
