Vito's Midtown Pizza - Wilmington

Props to their customer service on top of their pizza. We had a not-so-awesome order, which was a rarity. Wanted to give them the opportunity to fix rather than post a negative review, of course sure enough, when i went in to talk to mgmt, they were super attentive apologetic and made a replacement right then there. These guys do a great job all around

First time ordering for delivery on their website for granddaughters birthday. Got a text saying order was delivered but no food no delivery driver in sight. Called restaurant and they gave us the run around and we had to call door dash (they sub contract delivery through them). First time customer is now a last time customer. Poor customer response to a problem. We know it happens sometimes but their response was pathetic.

Posting just for service. Called at 8:35 pm. Cheerful, positive and helpful. What the world needs.

Excellent pizza. ONLY one issue. They DO NOT cut the pizza fully. I have very bad arthritis and trying to finish cutting a pizza is not

Vito’s had super quick delivery and the Vito’s pizza was actually pretty good
