Wawa - Wilmington

I give 5 stars but the only issue I have is that I work overnight and when I see 4 or more employees walking around and the door is locked it's just a big let down, alot of folks work overnight getting off or going in and I get it Wawa has money to throw away, but what about the loyal customers, id understand if they had no staffing and had to but there's to many inside and someone can for sure ring the customers up just to keep the loyal customers happy. Nothing is open after certain hours, this is the only store open so it sticks out like a sore thumb when it's the only convenient store open and you can't get what you need. Gas isn't cheap to drive miles to another one.

I ordered a blt and they forgot the bacon. I waited behind four door dash subs for a lettuce tomato sandwich. Before this I’ve had there coffee literally just be hot black water with no flavor. Terrible quality.

The staff is very nice and always pleasant. My biggest issue is the coffee. It's inconsistent and most days tastes like water. Today I didn't take a sip until I was too far to turn back and I was very upset with the lack of flavor. I couldn't drink it so it was a waste of my time and money stopping there this morning. I'm officially done getting their brew coffee.

Service is horrible my order has been not made or given away multiple times. Some of the employees have attitude problems as well. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My partner and I visited this Wawa on two separate occasions and the nighttime hot food supervisor, Aayrelolia, went above and beyond both times to provide us with excellent service. My partner is vegetarian, and both times she explicitly asked us about their dietary restrictions and ensured the food was compliant. This, combined with her friendly attitude, professionalism, and empathy towards others made this experience unforgettable and desirable. Vegetarian options: Most employees, especially Aayrelolia, are extremely attentive and receptive to customer needs. If anything needs to be made vegetarian, simply ask the staff and they will do their best to accommodate guest needs.
