White House Inn - Wilmington

We had a fantastic meal on the deck, enjoying some truly unique small plates from the new menu. The maizpacho was especially delicious, and as always, the view of the sunset behind the mountains was stunning. Our server, Ashley, provided excellent service as well.

I really enjoy the Mexican food and the margarita specials they offer on Mondays.

We stayed for the weekend for a baby shower, and food was awful, we even had to search for someone to refill our drinks! Customer service was poor to say the least. Lobby was as hot as it was outside. No phones, air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept us awake. Room was not dusted, smelled musty, and just......eh. They have a ridiculous policy for cancelling, and if we were able, we would have walked out and stayed elsewhere. It was not cheap, and not even close to being worth what they charge. View was lovely, but other than that.....eh. Save your money and stay somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.
