Italian Pizza And Subs - Wilson

Ordered the chicken tender sub and it was gross. They heated it up with the tomato's and lettuce on it so it was wilted and soggy, they didn't put mayo and the out pickles that weren't suppose to be on it.

We ordered 3 slices of pizza. The food took awhile to arrive, making us think we were getting slices from a fresh pie, right out of the oven. When the order arrived, the slices seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. It didn’t approach good NY-style pizza we know love. The crust was ok, though. New Rule: never order pizza from a place you’ve never been to where you can’t see it in advance. All that said, I would give this place a second chance.

Everyone is friendly, food is really good. My husband and I love going there.

We ordered takeout. 1 xl pepperoni pizza and was told 30 minutes. The girl who works up front took the phone order and when I got there she rung me up and never went to get my pizza. I waited another 10 minutes and when I asked her if they forgot my order she ignored me and turned away while looking at her phone. A few minutes later, I asked how much longer for my pizza? and she said “ 5-10 more minutes and turned away. The owner asked “what’s the issue (from the oven area) and I said it was “supposed to be 30 minutes about 45 minutes ago” . I waited again and then he apologized for the delay and personally handed me my order to go. I told him about the girl ignoring me and she put her hand up and threw a fit! I could have said a few choice words in Italian but I refrained and let him deal with her . Not good for customer service.
