Contribuisci feedbackI accidentally spilled my root beer float in my car, and the employee who was serving me quickly returned with several towels to help clean up the mess. The manager even offered to make me a new drink. They are genuinely some of the kindest people, and I truly appreciated their help! A little bit of kindness can make a big difference!
I had an incredible banana shake today! It was packed with fresh banana pieces and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I also tried a Jr. burger, which was both tasty and budget-friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here!
The food itself was delicious and generously portioned, but the burgers were a bit messy in their presentation. One burger had all the toppings piled in the center, while the other looked like it had been dropped, kicked, shaken, and then tossed to the server for delivery. Despite these flaws, the value for the money was good, and we felt we got our money's worth. I would have rated it five stars if the burger maker had taken a bit more pride in their work, and if the server had shown a little more interest in ensuring our satisfaction. Overall, it was a nice spot to enjoy a meal with a close family member while coming up with a valid excuse for our splurge.
$15 dollar for two big lemonade loop on a clock on the afternoon is rob and coworkers who work here to force upsells. cookout in wilson nc is a much better device with a lot faster service.
Pressed the button to no response, others customers had pressed the buzzer after me and received service first. I ended up using the app to order, which was much quicker. The server eventually brought my food and I noticed before I left that I was missing my large mozzarella stick combo, which I ordered and paid for. I went back into the same lane, pushed the buzzer 3 times in a span of about 20 minutes while 3-4 other cars were helped and given their food. I left the stall and went to the drive through, no one answered, pulled up to the door and called the store, no one answered the phone. It was not until I left the location about 30 minutes after receiving my food the first time that my phone call was answered. The girl on the phone said that I could get my order fixed tomorrow as I had already left, not soon after, she hung up on me. To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement.
