Wild Thangz Southern Style Catering Grill

This is a very interesting place and definitely worth a visit. I have visited Wild Thangz several times now and I am surprised each time. Service is always simple and quick. The menu is one that may attract some and put off others. Personally the chance to try things that would normally not be on the menu, brought me to try this place and I don't regret it. From kangaroo, alligator, ostrich and frog legs the Wild Thangz menu just may give you the opportunity to try something new.

This place is phenomenal! The food is amazing, a very nice break from the norm. It was cooked perfectly and the staff was not only courtesy they were helpful. Met the owner and we talked it up. Very nice down to earth person and she makes the best volcano cake I've ever tasted! This is my new favorite shot in Wilson, hands down no one comes close.

If you are looking for a different place to eat this is it. The have deer chili, elk burgers, kangaroo tacos, frog legs and a few more other items that are hard to find. All the game meat is ground up meat which isn’t for everyone. Ambiance is liken to a Hunter’s man cave and it’s surely family run. Grandma came over and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Fun place to visit.

Always like coming here good is good , staff very friendly. They have traditionally food as well as wild game food , have bottle beer and draft beer.

Everything was amazing. We had top notch service, delicious food and reasonable priced craft beer. We got a visit from the chef when we asked about dairy free dipping sauce and had a great conversation with him, too. Make sure you bring money for a tip because you're going to want to treat your server well!
