Wilson Boat House

I didn’t have the opportunity to visit this place during my trip in 2023, but for the 20 years I lived in Wilson, I will always remember it as a comforting spot with great food.

We started our meal with the Poblano pepper, which we order every time, along with meatballs, salad, and calamari. If you haven't tried these, you absolutely must! I can't rave enough about the meatballs! While I longed to order my all-time favorite, the Pot Roast Burger (which is a MUST-try), I opted for the BH Burger instead, while my husband enjoyed the Smoked Gouda and RRP Fettuccine. Both of these new menu items were fantastic, and we were thrilled with our choices! We later ventured back and sampled the Philly Steak Sandwich and the Fish Fry, both of which were delicious as well. If you enjoy live music, they feature fantastic bands all weekend, and there’s always a lively crowd dancing and having fun! The atmosphere is quite social, with patrons filling the inside and outside bars. I highly recommend checking their schedule and planning a visit to Wilson. You won’t be disappointed!
