Contribuisci feedbackI've loved this establishment up until today. Me and my family were in the drive thru ordering and my brother requested to know what ice cream flavors they had. The gentleman on the speaker was reading them off and said a word in Hindi which we know what It means but brushed it off as maybe he messed up. He continues reading and read the word off again to this point we knew it was not a mistake and my husband started speaking Hindi back with the gentleman. The word was very vulgar starts with a p and ends with y. Luckily we knew what he was saying but imagine someone who did not. The gentleman on mic kept repeating sorry but was also laughing which only proved he did not care. Hopefully a manager or someone sees this and makes this worker take accountability.
Sandy your the best thanks for the great service that you provide and for being helpful and considerate to my needs great costumer service and will never go no where else if you want to be treated right make sure to ask for sandy??????
Love their sweet tea but I have started ordering other drinks they are so good!!
If I could give it no stars I would! Went here to order and the screen was down so we were trying to look on our phones at the menu and the lady who happened to be the manager kept asking if we were ready. I told her no and then when we were she didn’t respond to us at all so we left. They don’t care about business or customers!
You're a brand new store and have never opened so how can you be truly scored? When are you ever going to open? I've been waiting!
