Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

I recently ate at Smithfield 's Chicken and the food was wonderful. Ms. Watkins was great, very knowledgeable of the menu and helped me get everything I wanted. 'I will be going back to see Ms. Watkins again!!

Good bbq and fairly quick service, even during lunch rush. Chicken and fries portions were generous. Baked beans were very tasty, but potato salad was not our style.

We decided to try Smithfield 's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q for lunch. I got the sampler platter which came with a chicken breast and wing, along with pulled pork, coleslaw, and french fries. My wife had the Chicken finger plate. The chicken is the best juicy but not greasy. The pulled pork was also good. They are known for their platters. I believe they only have three sandwiches. Nice restaurant friendly staff brings your food and is quick to get you refills.

This is the place for real North Carolina BBQ. Lots of pulled pork on a plate with hush puppies, coleslaw and baked beans enough for 2 people. The Brunswick stew is excellent. Service is friendly and fast.
