Usually the food is mediocre at best, however this is the second night iv tried to order a pizza and they will not answer the phone. I understand being busy but you could at least answer the phone to let me know it's gonna be a while. Since their new management took over the service has really gone down hill. Pizza was ok. But I ordered a turkey club (its literally on their menu) what they gave me was a hot ham and cheese sub. I called and the person said they don't have a turkey club (even though it's on their menu) so they gave me a hot ham and cheese instead. Didn't even ask if the substitution was ok, because I wasn't ok with it. It wasn't good, I threw it away. I've never eaten somewhere where they purposely make a substitution without telling you, then just charge full price and don't do anything to make it right. Parking: The parking lot looks like a bomb was dropped on it.
