Decent tapas place with a small town mom n pop setting. I ordered all vegetarian tapas and a Spanish sherry. The sherry was excellent, the Tapas moderately so. The eggplant dish was very good but the patatas bravas was not. The beet salad was good as well. I would have enjoyed trying different Sherries since they had a wide range but didn't get the opportunity.

First time visitor to Los Gatos. Really authentic tapas. Plenty of choice to suit everyone. Went Wednesday night and the place was very busy. Our waitress was superb and very happy to ensure we had a great time. The wines and beers all Spanish. We had to book for a table as celebrating a birthday with family. But would happily sit at the bar and do tapas as it's meant to be enjoyed. The thinking behind tapas is forget time, enjoy the wine and small plates. Can't recommend this place enough.

It's been three years since I've been here, but while I was visiting Swindon on business, I ate here nearly every day. The tapas was fantastic. The owners lots of fun. And the dark chocolate bread pudding to die for! Seriously, if nothing else stop by for some bread pudding.

If your not familiar, Los Gatos is a tapas bar in Old Town. The place is quite small, but that adds to its charm. The food is very nice- you can tell its fresh and of good quality. The portion size for tapas is good, though you do have to order quite a few for a good meal. Try the chocolate bread and butter pudding- delicious! They serve paella on a Sunday lunchtime but you do have to book in advanced. Drinks are reasonable prices and their is a wide range to choose from

Consistently excellent food and great service even when busy. Swindon lacks a variety of world cuisines and high quality restaurants most being Indian, Chinese or Italian; and most bars serve variables of classic pub food. If you want something different with high quality ingredients, delivering plate after plate of delicious food look no further than Los Gatos. You won't be disappointed. Great for a light bite or to indulge for hours on end this is a treat for the tastebuds.
