Great service and the Sunday Roast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back
What has gone wrong. We have dined here numerous times always been very good. Last visited recently but something went badly wrong. Ordered food and drinks, drinks arrived promptly and then we waited and waited and waited, after an hour our main courses arrived the only course ordered. No explanation or apology as to why took so long. Having finished food more drink ordered, again arrived promptly but because plates not removed not a lot of space on table. Waited to be asked re desserts but never asked and dirty plates still on table. Decided to pay up and leave ,still table not cleared as we left. What has gone wrong with the service as the food is still good
Had a lovely family meal over the weekend, it was busy with live music, which was a bit loud but entertaining. The staff were all attentive, Katie and I think Jack served us at both the bar and the table promptly and professionally despite till issues. Food was great, nicely presented and done in a satisfactory time. Thank you
We arranged to have lunch with friends. We had booked a table and when we arrived were shown to a table with views of the marina. Food was ordered and didn't take long to come out. I had some questions about gluten and dairy free options, which were answered. The steak I had in a ciabatta was fatty, which was a bit disappointing and was missing vegan cheese that was requested. But the meal itself was hot. The setting is lovely overlooking the canal. There is a children's play area and plenty of parking.
