Cosy Cafe - Wiltshire

I have visited this restaurant several times and have had an excellent experience each time. The lunch options are always delicious, the staff is professional, and the food quality is definitely above average. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

I was invited back to the Cosy Club after a disappointing visit before, and I am happy to say that my faith in this restaurant has been restored. The staff proactively addressed my previous issues and made sure that my dining experience this time was exceptional. Everything surpassed my expectations, from the service to the quality of the food. I particularly loved the ravioli with black truffle. The staff were genuine and kind, especially when I mentioned my previous visit. It is truly admirable when a company goes above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Cosy Club.

The restaurant has a wonderful building with fantastic decor. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. While some wines may be a bit expensive, they are of exceptional quality. I enjoyed my experience at Cosy Club Coventry last year, but this visit was even better.

We have visited regularly being local to Salisbury, but I think we’ve done it for the last time. There was a large stag party on a table near to us which meant the service could be described at best as slow. After chasing our order up after 45 mins, we were told it was just coming, but still took another 10 minutes, and when it did come one main meal was nearly cold. I didn’t send this back as I had no clue how much longer food would take. Everytime we wanted more drinks we had to find staff to serve us, and whilst apologetic about the cold meal, it really spoilt a family dinner celebrating the end of 3 hard years at uni.

Salisbury dies a bit of a death on a Sunday evening so we were out looking for somewhere nice for an early evening meal. I had visioned us sitting in a nice cool courtyard somewhere it was a warm evening with a good ambience, good drink selection and nice food. The Cosy Club hit the mark on all these. The food was prompt and very tasty not to say, in our opinion, good value for money. The ambience is spot on for sure. Only quibble we had £18 for a large Pinot Grigio and a pint of IPA. I did a double take but said nothing and went with it not disappointed by the whole experience for sure and would definitely recommend the Cosy Club, but mind your wallet when it comes to the drinks..!
