Domino's Pizza - Wiltshire

Couldn’t get through to Report items missing. After 1 hour of trying to call we gave up and made alternative dinner arrangements for our daughter, she was more than upset. Very disappointed, all they needed to do was answer the phone, they were quick to take our order in the first place though and take payment!!

Been waiting for 2 hours. Thought we’d have a nice Giles night in, chill, have a takeout and watch a film. Well, we couldn't have been more far from it. We have finished the film (20 minutes ago) and still have not eaten. I am absolutely starving and pretty hangry too, and very unimpressed. The whole point of fast food is to be fast, right? I understand it can be hard in the industry, but two hours when we are not even a mile away from the shop is a joke. Called the manager half an hour ago, was told it was “in the car”. So not only are we STILL waiting for our food, it’s been sat in a car for at least half an hour and is likely to be cold. The manager said it was due to staff shortages, which is understandable, but this is a nightmare. Definitely getting a curry or a Chinese next time….

The food, as always was of the usual high standard, very tasty! We had a problem with the address ordering via the app meaning the pizza got delivered to the wrong house (not domino's fault though! It turns out our neighbours took the pizza and didn't tell us causing a few issues, but the team at dominos were so helpful and understanding! The poor delivery driver (a very nice young lady got caught in the middle of it all unnecessarily, and the manager ended up having to help sort it. They were so professional, very friendly and good about the situation. Very kind and helpful, and resolved the problem. And the pizza was to its usual high standard : So no complaints at all, thankyou for your help and I hope this gets back to the team!

The restaurant is not great and the food is often not made to a good standard. It's a shame because it doesn't meet Domino's standards, but somehow they manage to get away with it. The delivery staff are friendly, but I would recommend going to Stone Willy's instead.

Corsham didn't need yet another Pizza fast food place, and it definitely didn't need this one. As with the chain in other places I've lived, it regularly pollutes the town with indiscriminate and wasteful advertising. It is already sited very prominently in town, and doesn't need to pulp so many trees to remind people that it's there. If you like pizza, I've heard from friends that the other places in town are vastly superior in every way.
