Menu has a lot of selection and cater for every dietary requirement. Staff are v welcoming and the food is wholesome. They use local suppliers for their menu.
We love breakfast/brunch at Gounded so I decided to treat my husband on father's day. We had a fantastic full vegetarian breakfast; everything was well cooked and tasty. Coffee was also very nice. Although the place was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back again!
Great Trio Fish Finger sandwich! Fascinating place, a former chapel. Friendly staff and dogs (and children) allowed
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was uncomfortable. It is unfortunate to see the quality of the establishment decline. The service was also very slow, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but it was particularly disappointing because I was dining with my family and my mother received a cold portion of chips. It was disappointing considering the high prices of the meals.
We live locally and have been regulars for quite a while. We particularly love the breakfast, the food is great and good value. However, we feel the place is gown down hill. It looks unkept and the ladies toilets are a disgrace. It's such a lovely building, it really needs a clean up.
