The Old House At Home - Wiltshire

We have visited this pub for many years, this visit was a lot to visit a disappointment of others. the menu was severely cut by what it was earlier, there was no terrible amount of choice, especially when they eat any food...allergic that we had was ok, but not brilliant. there was nothing on the menu to say that each of the desserts were vegan when we asked the waitress, mentioned one of the choices could be made vegan that we ordered, but unfortunately she came back to say that there was no vegan cake, so it could not. very disappointed will not return.

We were here for two nights and everything was great. the room, back from the main pub was quiet and clean, although only begin to look a little tired of places. in both nights we ate in the pub, the meals were excellent, could neither fail nor the friendly professional service we received. only a small niggle, we find it a bit rude to place the service fee on the bill by default, and also for the device to decide how much service fee we pay. we are aware that we could ask to take the bill off, but this assumption brings people into a embarrassing situation. we would always leave a tipp for a good service, but it is set into the bill automatically is a bit annoying.

We were a little messed up last night. After the website has been checked, the menu is to eat until 21.30 we drove 20 minutes to get there and came around 20.35 just to say that the food service was finished. not all were lost when we were taking the fox and hounds in acton turville. Too bad they don't stick to their specified hours. Preliminary

Stay here. very quiet, room very clean and excellent service. we had an evening meal in the pub, eating excellent and for my gluten-free no meat diet would recommend the facilities excellent.

Very poor customer service. I booked a room by accident and cancelled almost immediately but they refuse to pay me back .
