Hot eating, hard, burned picking, frozen vege. surely it will not go back. management must sort the bad quality food.
You need to wear very warm clothes here. It was very cold despite staff saying the heating was on full blast. I know people keep going in and out when it's very cold outside didnt help the situation. My plate wasn't hot and neither was...the food. The cauliflower cheese had no sauce and the parsnips werent cooked. The onions and carvery meat were lovely as was my starter. So needed a cup of tea to warm up. I heard its a bit of a hit and miss experience and this was a miss evening.
Another lovely visit to the pheasant. The food was great Ben little looked after us brilliantly.
Super carvery and beautiful service. we're coming back. the bark was particularly lush and the trims are excellent. great service.
