The Wyndham Arms - Wiltshire

The beer is cheap. But, cliquey and unfriendly. Sticky carpets and appalling toilets. Really nasty landlady.

Really brilliant hidden gem of a local pub, good ales on tap, very rustic interior and just a really relaxing place to while away an afternoon.

I've visited this pub many times during the last 23 years, I travel to Salisbury from Portsmouth just to enjoy this place and its excellent ales. I last visited this pub on 15th July 2023 and it's as good as it's ever been. Great selection of Hopback Ales, as always Summer Lightning is wonderful, so too is GFB, I loved the Citra and the Garden Party was a new brew for me and I loved it too. I spent a great afternoon in this pub on 13th Jan 2024, it's as good as ever.

I've heard different options but the locals are friendly, the bar staff friendly and knowledgeable and a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Recommended!

I came here five years ago. At the time it was buzzing. Lovely warm atmosphere and all the hopback brews available and kept well. This time only three were available. Sad to say that the crop circle was average. Tastes better at my local Weatherspoons . Barmaid was not very friendly. The handful of people at the bar just stared at us. Shocked at how different the pub is five years on. Wont be returning.
