Horton Inn - WIMBORNE

I went there hoping to have a Sunday roast, but it wasn't available. Instead, they offered cakes and chips, which were excellent. I'll definitely come back for another delicious cake. They also had a gluten-free option.

Consistently excellent meals at great portion sizes and prices. The warm and friendly welcome makes it a delightful experience. I'm sure you'll want to visit!

We stayed in room 6, which was a double room with an extra single bed down the hall. It was very clean and tidy. I appreciated the additional heating, as our room was in the eaves and could get a bit chilly; adjusting it brought the temperature up to a comfortable level. The room was spacious and had excellent fire safety features. Breakfast was delicious and generous; we ordered two full English breakfasts and Eggs Royale, which were all freshly prepared. I managed to take a picture of my full breakfast halfway through eating, and it filled the plate perfectly.

Pleasant tradition hospitable, large garden area, although it is not so quiet next to 2 streets, there are many rooms and many tables. new pavillon and a few trees give some shade for dogs. there is a bar and a restaurant inside, dogs allowed in bar. eating is good and a fairly standard powder menu. good stop-off/ meeting point, since crossings convergenz of 2 fairly main routes through north dorset

Lovely food. Very friendly staff. We just walked in and asked for a table. We were made to feel very welcome from the off. Dogs are also welcome which is a bonus! Would highly recommend.
