China House Ii - Winchester

This has been my go-to chinese food take-out for years. The food quality is very consistent and always fresh. The price is excellent for the portion size and quality. The staff is always friendly.

The food was served hot and with a slight spice, just as requested. The quality of the food was excellent, and the cooked vegetables retained a perfect crunch. The bathroom was clean. However, due to post-pandemic closures, indoor seating was limited and there were no great options for outdoor seating. It would be great to have a picnic table available somewhere.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and crab rangoons at this restaurant and both dishes were good, with the rice being the standout. I am not familiar with the area and was reading reviews of various Chinese restaurants in Winchester to help me decide where to get shrimp fried rice. I ultimately feel like I made a good choice here! The only drawback was that the crab Rangoon was a bit too sweet for my liking, but it wasn't terrible. I would definitely consider dining here again!

I absolutely adore China House II. The food is consistently delicious, piping hot, and made with fresh ingredients. Their dinner combos are outstanding, providing enough food for two meals for under $10. It is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant and is always at the top of my list, no matter what type of cuisine I am craving.
