The staff were quite rude, which made my experience unpleasant. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here.

Concerns for health and safety led California to implement a statewide mandate requiring everyone to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status, starting December 15th. I was shocked when I entered Coldstone and found an unmasked employee speaking over the ice cream he was serving and scooping. Unfortunately, I had to disappoint my children and leave because your staff and establishment were not following the mandated guidelines. As someone in the food service industry, I understand the importance of enforcing health and safety protocols, and mask-wearing should be a top priority at this time. Please ensure that your stores and employees comply with these regulations for the health and well-being of the community.

When they go in and order in person - they are so nice and helpful. the ice cream is amazing. if they order on the line for collection or delivery - the website changes oreo ice cream or 2 oreo cookies! I recommend ordering in the load.

We parked before loading and tried to place the order through all. then tried it online. it was a big job. After about 20-30 minutes waiting on the parking lot for the ice, they called us to let us know that they were ready. these pictures are the same product we have received in the round. immediately after the melting of ice creams we went back to the load who asked to work with them to repair it. Maybe they could fix it right away. or give us a refund. we gave them the ice and waited. they came back and refused us a refund. they returned the ice and gave us a card to call the manager. the call with the manager was such a frustrating experience. he asked where it was when we got it. explain how ice works and why it melted so fast. he always tried to make a point and we just wanted this problem to be fixed. I give 2 stars because he actually said he would give us a new ice cream if it was convenient for him. but we were sick and couldn't make it. I asked if we could do it again. he has to answer. We used to come a lot. very unhappy with the way it turned out.

Friendly staff and clean facility. If you like Cold Stone then this is a great location.
