Domino's Pizza - Winchester

I had a frustrating experience with pricing at this restaurant. They attempted to charge me an extra $10 for a 2-for-$6 medium pizza deal simply because I included a specialty pizza, even though it was cheaper than their quoted price over the phone. When I requested the correct price, my order was canceled, and they refused to provide the pizzas. Their pricing seems inconsistent and feels like a scam that changes without notice.

The staff here were incredibly helpful. I had some issues with the app, which may have been due to my computer. My order ended up being two cheese pizzas instead of the pepperoni I had requested. When I asked if I could just get some pepperoni to add on top of the cooked pizzas, they went above and beyond and made me two new pizzas, even though the original order said cheese.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered online and requested extra sauce, but when the pop-up asked if I wanted to add extra cheese, I said no. I paid $12 for my pizza and even tipped $5. When I received my pizza, it had hardly any sauce and way too much cheese. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I've tried a few pizzas and they are just ok. But the honey BBQ wings, caesar salad and lava cakes are great! My daughter loves their pasta as well. Delivery was prompt, pizza arrived just warm but nothing an oven at home can't fix. Overall decent.

It is overall ok. We don't usually do takeout much but Domino's is a special treat for the kids every month or so. Did not have a great experience with pickup once... the woman gave me a lot of attitude when she couldn't understand my name and said youhave to give your name to get the right order. This time they got the order wrong and also were very skimpy with the toppings.I was a bit shocked. And they missed a topping as well. I called and let them no. Oguz said ok and kept the phone down.
