Some of the best staff in a McDonald's I've ever seen! The lady was on top of keeping the tables cleaned straight after people had left, so others could sit down swiftly. She was so friendly also. Another member of staff offered the table next to us a high chair for their little one, without the customer asking. They just took initiative as they had a small child. The food was hot and quickly prepared.

As a local, I can confidently say that this is the most polite and welcoming branch I've experienced in all the southern counties, and I've been to quite a few. I've dined in and taken food away, and the service is consistently quick. While they do need to stay on top of the litter trays a bit more, it's a very busy location, and customers should also do their part to keep it clean. It seems like whoever hires the cleaning staff here doesn't pay them enough. The food is very tasty most of the time, and even if I shopped elsewhere, I would still return here to eat. Forget the fancy restaurants; let's support our local McDonald's!

Virginia has the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I live in Strasburg and I'm willing to drive 5 miles out of my way just to eat here. I can't say that about other locations; they are the complete opposite.
