Puerta Grande Mexican Grill

Quiet comfortable atmosphere, good food, terrible service. In 10 minutes we got 3 of our 5 drinks. After 40 minutes I sought someone out to ask why we still did not have all our drinks, our appetizer, or any napkins or silverware. We canceled ourappetizer when the first of our meals arrived, but they brought it anyway with the second entree (which was wrong) arrivedseveral minutes later. Eventually we all got food, but never any drink refills, or anything else we asked for. I don't mind solong as there is an apology or *something* but a bill about $100 with no respect or care for customers stays with me.

Sorry to say service has been off for some time now. When they first opened they practically ran to take your order and get the food on the table. Tonight we waited for everything?chips, drinks, and food. The sad part was there was very few people in therestaurant. Very disappointed.

I'm so glad I discovered this place! Your 2.50 Margaritas special is incredible! And don't let me start with her Burritos! I ordered the Burrito Jalisco and his slightly a 2 person meal. To visit this to a weekly place and my favorite Mexican restaurant in Winchester.

Really good food, quick service and friendly employees. First time I've eaten here and I'll definitely be back in the future.

My husband and I dine here at least once a month (if not more often) and we are never disappointed. There are times when they are super busy and it may take a few extra minutes for service but they make up for with excellent food and customer service. I got Shrimp California the last time we went and it was amazing. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner, staff is professional and courteous and the food is wonderful. Don't understand the reviews stating food is bland I have never gotten a bad meal at this place. Would highly recommend to anyone.
