Contribuisci feedbackOne major issue is their use of styrofoam cups for the ice cream—completely unacceptable in 2021. I can’t imagine that switching to paper cups would be much more expensive. It comes across as pretty careless. Additionally, they use plastic spoons when many other ice cream shops have transitioned to compostable or biodegradable options. Honestly, I should give this place just one star, but I’m giving it two because of its potential, the decent service, and the ice cream, which is merely satisfactory.
I tried the ice cream and gelato (I usually steer clear of soft serve) and both were excellent. There are plenty of great flavors to choose from!
Very tastyVery good serviceVery clean friendlyShould have five stars
While the flavor selection was somewhat limited compared to other ice cream shops I've visited, I enjoyed the Mint Patty frozen yogurt (two scoops) in a waffle cone with sprinkles, while my friend chose black raspberry ice cream in a cup. It’s a bit on the pricey side; our two treats totaled over $11. What really made our visit special was the beautiful scenery next door, where the river fish ladder is located. The picturesque setting featured geese and blue herons perched above the waterfall staircase. If you’re in the mood for a frozen treat and a relaxing experience, be sure to visit Scoopalooza in Winchester! I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.
Wow, this place is unbelievably good! I’m not sure what Andra is looking for, but it definitely hits differently here. The ice cream is perfectly creamy and delicious, and the staff is incredibly cool and efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience!
