Sweet Frog - Winchester

Horrible. The ice cream they served was expired and it made my two kids sick with a burning ?tingly? feeling on their tongues. We asked for a refund or a replacement and the girl working said to call the manager 2 days later. Not sure why she couldn?t have just let them get another flavor. Absolutely ridiculous.

The two ladies working were kind, which these days you especially appreciate that as customer service lacks at many places. But unfortunately this store is filthy. Windows, doors, counters, tables, chairs, you name it. Gross. Can?t say I?ll be returning any time soon.

The staff is always friendly, and I absolutely love the frozen yogurt flavors. I recently discovered two new favorites: mango and pineapple. They're the best!

I took my great granddaughter to this place because she wanted frozen yogurt. She chose a small size with a mixed Icee flavor, but it turned out to be Icee and not frozen yogurt. They really need to clarify that it's not actually froyo. It was also quite pricey; I could have bought two half gallons of ice cream at the grocery store for what we spent.

I had never been to this restaurant before. The exterior may look simple, but inside there was a chalkboard for kids to use, and everything was clean. The counter area was impressive, offering every type of candy you can imagine as toppings. They had a variety of drizzled flavors, and the yogurt was incredibly rich. The whole setup was creatively done. The atmosphere was quiet and warm, complementing the colors in the store. I will definitely be bringing my kids back.
