Contribuisci feedbackI often frequent this location and have never been served as coldly as I was today, Feb 20th, at 3pm. The woman on drive thru was same miserable woman at the window. I do not expect niceties when I order from your business but I appreciate good client service skills, and this woman had absolutely none. Will go across the road for my order next time.
My order was incorrectly made, the woman's bathroom was dirty and unkempt. Both stalls available were either out of service or stuffed full of toilet paper. Bathroom was just gross. Service from woman who took the order was the only nice part about this place. She was nice, courteous and extremely pleasant. Everything else very disappointing.
My experience started with the cashier not answering me after I said “hello, how are you?” and then had a crabby look on her face the entire time she was serving me. Then she went and complained to another co worker about being understaffed in front of myself and other customers which understandably frustrating but not our problem. Then to end my experience my sandwich was made with sausage instead of bacon and the biscuit was also cold. As I am in customer service it was extremely disappointing to watch someone in a customer facing role behave so poorly.
Need to quit hiring young ppl to run your stores. They are not worth having when they are lazy. And they never seem to think they are lazy.
Extremely Long lines, rapidly declining food quality rising cost's. Women chatting to each other while huge lines are forming.Actually thanks for making me realize I shouldn’t waste money.Yesterday was my last visit.
