Starbucks Coffee Shop - Winchester

I waited in line for 10 minutes only to discover that the restaurant had run out of coffee and was only offering hot chocolate or tea. The staff were unfriendly and did not provide any explanation for the long wait. At least KFC closes when they run out of chicken. I would give a zero rating if possible. Additionally, there were cobwebs above all the service counters, which is concerning for hygiene.

There are many starbucks what made this one a bit special , was the attitude and style of the staff. Very refreshing

Always the best frappe, service well depends who's on, some of the staff are excellent, but some need a little more training in customer service.

I absolutely love this place because the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I visit the drive-thru at least once a day to grab my one shot latte, and sometimes I also enjoy sitting inside with a friend. The latte here is truly delicious.

My partner and I decided to give the new Gosport drive-thru a try, as we normally visit the Starbucks in Cosham or Whiteley. The paninis were delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed with my Chai tea latte. It didn't have any chai tea flavor and just tasted like warm sweet milk. We were already on our way back to Fareham, so we didn't bother returning. It seems like the staff could benefit from some training on how to make this drink properly. The other Starbucks locations we've been to always get it right with the perfect blend of spiciness and sweetness. Unfortunately, we'll be sticking with Cosham and Whiteley in the future.
