Very welcoming, the full breakfast was great, the coffee was good, will definitely go back

We have eaten twice here, I had the frying, trio of meat both paintings. £20, but worth every penny, very generous portions and one of the most delicious roasts I had. service, personal all excellent. ambiente, beautiful, roaring kamin and many natives, always a good sign. the new public know what they do. can not wait for our next visit love the higson xxx

Visited this brilliant pub with friends.Had a very delicious freshly cooked food.The staff and management were excellent.The atmosphere was very wellcoming. I thoroughly recommend this quaint pub in a very nice village. Well recommend this pub.KEEP IT UP THE VINE HAMBLEDON.

Although a quiet Thu evening The beer was good, the landlady good, the food good so good it is. We had one starter (to be avoided if you want a main!! had the Nachos and although very good there were far too many (for...us anyway and that was a small portion. The mains were good pub grub (as I call it nothing special but cooked well and tasted good. people (locals arrived 9(ish which was good. This is really nice pub and it would be good to see more people here especially as it is the only pub in the village. I was born in Hambledon and spent the first years (20 there so it was good to return and... we'll definitely be back.

Today, we visited the restaurant on a Sunday and were very pleased with our experience. The lunch was delicious and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted by the wonderful aroma of the log fire wood smoke, which was especially inviting on a wet and windy day. I ordered the confit pork belly and it was absolutely amazing – it literally melted in my mouth. Others in my group ordered the beef and chicken dishes and they all raved about how perfectly cooked the meat was. The menu offers a sensible choice of 5 main courses, which is ideal for a Sunday lunch in my opinion. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and it may even become our go-to spot for Sunday lunches with friends.
