Clean Juice - Windermere

I really appreciate the concept of using handcrafted and fresh organic ingredients. However, the service is extremely slow! We often have to wait a long time just for a single juice. I understand that making things by hand takes time, but there should be a reasonable limit. The wait isn't worth it. It’s a great business idea, but the logistics are poorly managed. P.S. I love organic products, but if this company wants to support the planet, please stop using plastic straws!

The cold-pressed juice was delicious, but the sandwich was a major disappointment. I ordered the Cali Sandwich, and it was quite bland—definitely not worth the price. I would only return for the cold-pressed juices. I tried the orange juice and was very pleased with the flavor. I can see why the juice cleanses are popular and considered healthy.

1. The drinks are always inconsistent. Each time I come in, the person preparing the drinks makes something entirely different from the last. 2. A few weeks ago, I witnessed one staff member at the counter chatting with his friends instead of focusing on customers. After he took my order, he walked to the front of the counter to chat and scroll through social media! I had to approach him and ask him to stop socializing and make my drink. 3. I spent over $50 on Postmates for three smoothies, including the tip and fees. I ordered two Healthy Heart smoothies, which are a yellow color, but instead received two completely different red smoothies with beetroot. When I called to let them know about the mix-up after waiting over an hour, I was promised that the owner would call me back. Naturally, no one did. It seems like the young staff take no responsibility for their mistakes. Overall, this location doesn't measure up to other stores in the franchise. I recommend avoiding it unless you're okay with subpar smoothies and poor service.

Hated. Absolute bummer of a place. Clean juice? Never tried it. I came here for the food with some family. Absolutely sucked. I didn 't even know you can make a bad sandwich!I ordered the egg salad sandwich, instead of mayo they use avocado, and on wheat grain bread. The presentation was tremendously bad, the sandwich was dry and it looked like it got run over by a truck for $12 for one sandwich! All sandwiches came out the same, at least a pickle on the side would 've been nice!The employees all seem in their teens, and definitely not friendly, I tried to interact to be nice bc I 'm supporting local business but sheesh, at least a friendly Hi would 've been appreciated!I was excited to come here but will definitely not be recommending anymore.
