Rustica Steakhouse-Eagle Ranch Resort

We were at Rustica for New Years Eve. A set menu was offered and i was excellent!

Fantastic brunch! Best seats in the house, overlooking the valley and an outstanding Arctic Char Benny. Consistently great food and excellent value in a beautiful setting with great service. This place is a hidden gem, especially in the quiet winter season.

Although we always have loved our dining experience at Rustica, this time our meal was just good not excellent. I felt the portion sizes were smaller (heirloom tomato salad). Not sure if that’s correct or just my perception. Fabulous view as always!
