I’m not one for bad reviews. especially because i understand things can be busy, hell, i work at subway. but i have genuinely never messed up a sandwich this bad. i placed a mobile order (i’ll attach the receipt and the sandwich i got below) and the sandwich is pitifully wrong! no dressings (maybe oil, which i don’t like) no parmesan cheese, didn’t add the extra olives, plus added ONIONS??? plus, they put some black wilted pieces of spinach on it, too. i know it goes bad quickly but flipping the line and being picky with the leaves you choose is your friend! as someone who works at subway mobile orders are the EASIEST to do because it says it RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. what were you guys thinking? it wasn’t even busy!!
Thomas helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. He knew the menu by heart, assisted me with the ingredients of that particular sandwich. I think I have a new favorite thanks to him. Top notch service.
Just a basic Subway. Nothing great nor nothing special. Some of the veggie ingredients need to be changed, other places like the Naples one did. And I thanked her for changing it. I give credit when it's due.
I have never had a bad experience here. Thomas, went above and beyond for us tonight by cooking one serving of meatballs so we didn't have to wait. Everyone is always super friendly and in a good mood. Thank you Windham Subway!
