De Vere Beaumont Estate Dining

We dined at the restaurant as part of a 2-night offer, choosing from the 2-course menu. The wine options were limited on the set menu, so we requested to see the full wine list. The bread with flavored butters was good, but the butter seemed frozen and difficult to spread. The arancini balls were heavy and came with a dense, cold sauce. My partner enjoyed his chicken main course, while my spaghetti with veg balls was overcooked and flavorless. The staff were attentive and friendly. The next night, we ate at the bar, where my partner liked his beef burger, but my overcooked beetroot burger was difficult to eat. The tzatziki was disappointing. The bar area was nicely decorated. Overall, I was disappointed with the vegetarian options.
