Burger King - Windsor

The service was excellent, but I think more attention should be given to cleaning the dining area. Unfortunately, when it comes to cleanliness, this Hardee's location falls short compared to other fast-food chains. In fact, its cleanliness is among the lowest I've seen.

This was my first visit to this restaurant since the pandemic, and I was very impressed. The staff at the drive-thru were incredibly friendly, and the burger and fries were the best I've had in years at this particular Burger King. Thank you!

This is one of the few places that offers ice cream in the area. However, they could benefit from some additional training to better manage the drive-thru traffic.

The staff was extremely friendly, and our food was delivered quickly. We ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

I ordered from the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward. After waiting for 30 minutes, I returned to the window, only to find out that they had forgotten my order. The manager insisted that the food was ready, but no one seemed to know anything about it. I ended up leaving with a refund because I needed to get back to work without having eaten. If they ask you to pull up, don't do it—there’s a good chance they’ll forget about you and it seems like they don’t really care.
