Have been to this location on several occasions. Their staff is mostly a young crowd that doesn’t seem to take what they do seriously. When pulling up to the window, we saw a young man touching his face while preparing our food with NO GLOVES ON. I asked the young lady taking money at the window why isn’t he wearing gloves? She told my husband and I that “it’s not required when we’re at the window.” Mind blowing. Especially when we see our food being prepared. Completely unprofessional and unsafe in my opinion. Who’s to say we don’t get sick after seeing him touch his face and then touching our food? I told her my issue wasn’t with her. But the young lady at the window said “that’s just how fast food works.” And she she shut the window as we were talking to her. But i tried to put it into perspective: if you saw this at another establishment, you’d probably feel the same way. FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT TO PUT IN THEIR PLACE, ASAP. Great staff kind and patient. Very busy store they kept up with all the orders taken. Drive through was slammed packed also they all worked together and still kept their heads on throughout the rush. The store was clean and bathrooms did not stink and it had toilet paper. No water on floors like most I've been in. Very very good job guys there. Lived here in windsor over a decade now and the young staff in the afternoon is rude . They aren't required to wear gloves when making your fries. Literally watched a guy pick his face and put my fries in box when I asked to put on gloves . Got an attitude and was so rude and disrespectful. We use the 460 coming back from Richmond soccer games. This is the only BK we'll stop to eat at. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is great too. Never had a bad experience.
