Burger King - Windsor

Been to this location a few times since it opened. Each time I've dealt with friendly employees and received good food. Some staff is still new and food is sometimes a little slow to come out but it's been fresh and correct every time.

This restaurant is the most understaffed, out of order, out of supplies, our system isn?t working chains ever. If you want hard air dried buns and bland in salted fries then swing by and be disgusted every time.

First time eating at this location and I am actually surprised how clean the restaurant restroom and how clean the kitchen looks. Food was fresh I mean HOT fries. Never get that unless you wait. Staff was super nice and would recommend this BK

I visited the drive-thru and ordered a croissant meal and a sausage biscuit meal, along with two Cokes, which totaled over $17.00. When I asked the attendant at the window why it was so expensive, he explained that each meal was priced over $7.00. I pointed out that the menu suggested otherwise, but he said he couldn’t adjust the price. To make matters worse, he got our order wrong, and when we went inside to tell him he had forgotten our cookie, he seemed to suggest it was our mistake. I've never had any problems here before, so I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident—it seemed like he might have been having a tough day. I also noticed that breakfast items are pricier than the burgers.

I frequently stop by for a late dinner around 9:00, and I have to say that the nighttime staff consistently does an excellent job. I'm a big fan of all your chicken sandwiches, especially since I've had some bad experiences with them at other restaurants. Every time I visit, the chicken is always fresh out of the fryer and cooked perfectly. Recently, Kemper took my order, and before him, Anastasia handled it, both of whom provided outstanding food preparation and customer service. Thank you for consistently delivering a fantastic experience!
