I've always been a fan of Burger King, but this particular location falls short of expectations. Each time I go there, there's a problem with my order. I don’t want to point fingers at the staff, but they often appear overwhelmed. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact issue, but it’s quite frustrating. I’ve encountered everything from excessively salty fries to missing burger patties, and the onion rings seem like they’ve been around since the moon landing. I would suggest avoiding this place. I was excited when I heard a Burger King was opening in Windsor, but that enthusiasm has faded quickly.
It's 4:30, and there are three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. The service is incredibly slow. I've been here for 20 minutes since I placed my order, and the line hasn't moved at all. What is going on?
I’m giving this restaurant a 2-star rating because my first visit was outstanding. Unfortunately, today’s experience was quite disappointing. I was told that I had placed my order incorrectly, and then I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for a single combo without anyone even remaking it. Tammy, who appeared to be in charge, was extremely rude—not only to me but also to her coworkers. At one point, I overheard her shouting at Diane to stop taking orders, seemingly forgetting that taking orders is part of the job. She seemed more concerned with what everyone else was doing rather than managing her own responsibilities. If she's the manager, I would seriously question her effectiveness and customer service skills. Based on this experience alone, I won’t be coming back. On a brighter note, Diane and Maria did a fantastic job! However, Tammy might need to reconsider her career path.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered a croissant meal and a sausage biscuit meal, along with two Cokes, which came to over $17.00. When I asked the attendant at the window why it was so expensive, he explained that each meal was priced at over $7.00. I pointed out that the menu indicated otherwise, but he said he couldn't change the price. To make matters worse, he got our order wrong, and when we went inside to let him know he had forgotten our cookie, he seemed to imply it was our fault. I've never had any issues here before, so I hope this was just a one-time occurrence—it seemed like he might have been having a rough day. I also noticed that breakfast items are more expensive than the burgers.
