Burger King - Windsor

Been to this location a few times since it opened. Each time I've dealt with friendly employees and received good food. Some staff is still new and food is sometimes a little slow to come out but it's been fresh and correct every time.

I often visit for a late dinner around 9:00, and the night team consistently does a great job. I love all of your chicken sandwiches, especially since I've had some terrible ones at other places. Every time I go in, the chicken is always fresh from the fryer and made just right. Recently, my order was taken by Kemper, and before that, Anastasia handled it, both of whom provided excellent food preparation and customer service. Thank you for delivering a fantastic experience every time!

I really enjoy Burger King, but this location isn't up to par. Every time I visit, there's an issue with my order. I don't want to blame the staff personally, but they seem to struggle with their tasks. I’m not sure where the problem lies, but it’s frustrating. From fries that are overly salty to missing patties and onion rings that seem older than Buzz Aldrin, I would recommend steering clear of this place. I was initially thrilled to have a Burger King in Windsor, but that excitement has faded quickly.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a croissant meal and a sausage biscuit meal, along with two Cokes. The total came to over $17.00. When I inquired at the window about why the price was so high, the attendant explained that each meal was priced over $7.00. When I mentioned that the menu indicated otherwise, he couldn't adjust the price. To make matters worse, he didn't even have our correct order. We ended up going inside to point out that he had forgotten our cookie, and he seemed to imply it was our fault for the mix-up. I've never had issues here before, so I hope this was just a one-off situation—it seemed like this young man might have been having a rough day. Also, I noticed that breakfast items are more expensive than the burger options.

Honestly, no BK Whopper had so good in time!
